The Theology of the Body (TOB) is St. John Paul II’s scripture-based vision of the human person delivered through 129 Wednesday audiences. He answers the questions “Who am I?’’ and “How am I to live?”, proposing that the ultimate meaning of life and love is made visible in the human body. புனித ஜான் பால் II இன் அடிப்படையிலான பார்வை ஆகும்.
