Liturgical Texts for the
Rites of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)

Officially published in 1988, the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) serves as the standard guide for initiating adults into the Catholic Church. The liturgical texts for these rites meant to welcome and integrate new members into the Catholic Faith. The translation of the liturgical texts in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Tamil is currently only for use of the RCIA teams within the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur.

Important note: these are “unofficial” translations, meaning that they are only for local use since they are not approved by the Vatican.
